Holiday Shipping Updates

As we head into peak season, delivery times may be longer than expected because of carrier delays. Once a product ships, we typically expect it to take about a week, but sometimes around the holidays shipping times take a few days longer due to increased holiday delivery volume. 

Our holiday hours and schedule will also have an impact on our shipping. At Nestig, it’s important to us that our team be able to rest and spend time with their loved ones over the holidays. This means that our factories will be closed from December 17-January 10th for team vacations and annual maintenance. During this period we won’t be able to ship replacement pieces should anything arrive damaged, so please note that the last day to request replacement pieces for shipment before January is December 11th.

Additionally, our Customer Experience team will have modified hours on December 24th and December 31st (10am-1pm ET) and will be offline December 25th and January 1st. If you need any assistance, please contact us here with a detailed description and photo of the problem (if applicable).
