It is Greenguard Gold Certified and Vinyl-, PVC-, and polyurethane-free.

    Mini Mattress Waterproof Covers

    These waterproof covers fit perfectly and are a lifesaver for late night messes. The material is soft and comfortable and not noisy or plastic like, and they hold up really well after washing. Having a set of two is so convenient because we can swap one out while the other is in the wash. Definitely recommend for any Nestig crib owner!
