Fits well. Thick and soft.
The mattress cover is soft and fits well. It's tight so no problem or concerns with loose bedding. I remember seeing other reviews in smell. There was no awful smell with mine. Just the smell of plastic packaging but it was not a bad smell. I did wash it with the baby detergent and the smell was gone immediately.
